What this site collects, which is very little.

Written from what the site actually does, not from a template. If you find something here that does not match the site’s behaviour, tell us and we will fix whichever one is wrong.

Who is responsible

The controller for the data described here is SG Consulting SASU, Paris, France, contactable at mgconsulting@gmail.com.

There are no analytics and no advertising

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics package, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no fingerprinting. Nobody is counting your visit. That is also why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived: there is nothing to accept.

What does leave your browser

Typefaces, served from this site

The site uses three typefaces (SGAI Display, Funnel Sans and SGAI Mono). They are bundled with the site and served from this domain, so no request reaches Google or any other font service when a page loads.

The enquiry form

If you complete the form on this page, it is received by Netlify Forms, the form handling of the company that hosts this site, and forwarded to our mailbox. Netlify stores the submission under its own privacy terms until we delete it.

The form asks for:

  • your name and work email address;
  • your company and your role;
  • your sector, the size of your company, what you are interested in, how much you use AI today and the tools you use;
  • a description of one task you would like to stop doing by hand;
  • your explicit agreement that we may use these details to reply.

There is one hidden field in the form. It exists to catch automated spam, it is invisible to you, and a human never fills it in. It collects nothing about you.

Email

Our mailbox is a Gmail address, so any message you send us is processed and stored by Google in the ordinary way that email is. If that matters for what you want to tell us, say so and we will find another channel before you send anything sensitive.

There is no booking calendar and no third-party widget on this site. Times are agreed by email.

Videos

The demonstration recordings are hosted on this site. There is no YouTube or Vimeo embed, and watching one tells nobody anything.

What is stored on your device

Up to two entries in your browser’s local storage: one recording whether you chose English or French, and one recording the light or dark theme if you switched it, so those choices survive to your next visit. They never leave your device and they are not cookies. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Why we may process your data, and for how long

PurposeLegal basisKept for
Replying to an enquiry you sent usYour consent, given by ticking the box24 months from our last exchange, then deleted
Arranging and delivering a paid engagementPerformance of a contractFor the engagement, then as accounting law requires
Invoices and accounting recordsLegal obligation10 years, as French commercial law requires

Client material during a session

This deserves saying plainly, because it is the part that actually matters for a law firm or a fund. During a session we look at your screen and your real files. We do not take copies, we do not upload your material anywhere of ours, and we hold no credentials to your systems or to your Claude account. Everything is configured on your machine, in a session you are driving, and when the call ends our access ends with it. We sign an NDA before the first session on request, at no cost.

Who else sees your data

Nobody is sold anything. The only third parties involved are the ones named above (Netlify for hosting and the form, Google for email), each acting for the narrow purpose described. We do not transfer your data outside the EU or EEA except insofar as those providers do so under their own safeguards.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to our processing it, or ask for it in a portable form. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, which does not undo what was lawful before.

Write to mgconsulting@gmail.com and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the French supervisory authority, the CNIL, or to the authority in your own country.

Changes

If the site’s behaviour changes (if we add analytics, or change form provider), this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Version 1 (August 2026) loaded typefaces from Google and described a click-to-load booking calendar; version 2 removed both. Version 4 (7 October 2026) added three optional questions to the contact form: what you are interested in, how much you use AI today, and the tools you use.
